The SIM card inside the device is automatically terminated after one month of the inactive subscription and cannot be reactivated.
If you renewed your subscription and your device is not working, please check in your CarLock app if it states that your SIM card is frozen.
If you would like to continue using CarLock, we will ship you a new SIM card, free of charge.
*Note: The subscription has to be active when ordering a new SIM card otherwise the new SIM card will get expired immediately when connected to your CarLock device.

After you receive the SIM card please send the ICCID number to our support team at support@carlock.co, so they activate it.
