For a CarLock device to fully adapt to your location, behavior and usage, it can take up to 7 days and several trips for it to scan all available networks, recalibrate all the sensors and learn how your vehicle behaves when you start your engine.

Please note that after the device is connected to the car for the first time you will not see your car’s location immediately.  It usually takes less than 5 minutes to set up, but it could take up to 24h depending on how quickly the device can connect to GPS satellites. We suggest that you plug it in overnight and go for a drive the next day.

The learning mode notification will be automatically gone from your CarLock app when your device is fully set.
