You can easily change the credit card information in my.CarLock web application.

To change the credit card information and update the payment card, follow these steps:

• Open your web browser, go to my.carlock.co and log in to your existing CarLock account.
• If you have more than one vehicle activated within your account, first select the vehicle you want to change the credit card information for.
• Navigate to the subscription tab on the Sidebar.

   

  

  Change the Credit Card Information

• Click on the“change”link.
• A credit card information window will open. Enter the new credit card information and click “Confirm”.
  

You have successfully changed the credit card information for the selected vehicle.

If you have more than one device, you need to repeat this process for every vehicle you would like to change the credit card information for.
