You can cancel your subscription and stop automatic payments directly from the CarLock phone app or through a web browser on the CarLock web app. Follow the steps below.
Option 1: Using the CarLock Mobile App
Open the CarLock app on your smartphone.
On the home screen, tap the “Dashboard” circle (left side of the “Lock” button).
Tap the Profile icon (last icon in the bottom menu).

Tap “Manage” to choose to manage your subscription.
If you have more than one vehicle, select the vehicle first, then tap the wrench icon to manage its subscription.

Scroll to the bottom and tap “Stop Automatic Payments.”
You will see options to change your plan or pause your subscription. If you don’t want either, tap “Skip” to continue.
A pop-up will appear asking for your cancellation feedback. Please select a reason and tap “Confirm.”
Your automatic payments are now stopped.
You will receive a confirmation email, and your device will continue working until the end of your current paid period.
Option 2: Using a Computer (Web Browser)
Open a browser, go to my.carlock.co, and log in to your CarLock account.
If you have multiple vehicles, select the one you want to cancel the subscription for.
Open the Subscription tab in the sidebar.
The billing app should automatically appear. If it doesn’t, click “Open App.”
Move your mouse to the side of the billing app screen and scroll to the bottom.

Click “Stop Automatic Payments.”
You will again be offered options to change your plan or pause your subscription. Click “Skip” if you want to fully cancel.
A pop-up will appear requesting your cancellation feedback. Please complete it and click “Confirm.”
Your automatic payments are now stopped.
You will receive a confirmation email, and your device will continue working until your currently paid subscription expires.
Note: You must repeat the cancellation process for each vehicle you wish to deactivate.
Important Information
After your subscription expires, you have only a few days before the subscription becomes frozen and the device stops working.
If the subscription remains frozen for more than 30 days, the SIM card inside the CarLock device will be permanently terminated.
To reactivate service after this happens, you will need to contact support to order a replacement SIM card.
