CarLock does not communicate with your car's computer, which is why we do not offer the feature to shut down your car remotely by using CarLock.

We designed the Carlock device to use just 2 pins from the OBD port (pins 4 and 16) that provide the power supply to the device so that the device cannot be hacked and in that case, there is no way someone could remotely perform any action to your car.
