The device can be either renamed on the CarLock phone app or web app.

Phone CarLock app

To rename the device in the CarLock app please click on your profile -> click ''manage'' -> click ''rename'' -> write in new info -> click ''save'' in the upper right corner

Web CarLock app

Go to https://my.carlock.co/c/login -> click on the ''settings'' tab and write in new info

Do you have more than one CarLock device on your CarLock account?

In that case, to rename the device in the CarLock app please click on your profile -> click ''mechanic key'' which is next to your current car's name -> click ''rename'' -> write in new info -> click ''save'' in the upper right corner
