To upgrade your subscription plan, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit the CarLock web app by going to https://my.carlock.co/c/login
2. Click on the "Subscription" tab
3. Choose the plan you desire and click on either "PayPal" or "Credit Card"

4. Enter your billing information or select a saved payment method if you have previously entered it.

If your subscription payments are already in effect, you will have only one payment method option available, either PayPal or Credit Card.

While the system will charge your payment account right away when you choose to upgrade your subscription, your subscription will commence from the day your current paid subscription period ends.

If you are in the first month of using your CarLock device and are currently on the trial subscription, upgrading your subscription plan will not result in an immediate charge to your payment account.

Whether you are still on the trial subscription or have already started paying for your subscription, the upgrade to your subscription plan will take effect immediately.
